Each strap is sealed with a transparent, resistant wax, which makes it very robust against contamination. So it always does a good job even under extreme conditions and rarely requires any maintenance.
As a rule, special care is not necessary, but should the belt ever get wet, it can simply be dried at normal room temperature (15-25 ° Celsius). However, heat sources such as radiators, hairdryers or the like should be avoided.
Soiling can be rubbed off with a soft cotton cloth and little effort. A soft brush is suitable for removing stubborn dirt. If that doesn't help either, the belt can be sprayed lightly with cold water mist and then rubbed dry with a soft cotton cloth.
